Our Consultancy Process

We provide consultancy services for both commercial and residential projects.

Inception which involves Client Brief, Consultants Engagement, Site Survey, Workplace Audit, Preliminary Planning, Project Programming.
Design which involves Final Space Planning layout, Interior Design Scheme Development, Finishes Boards, Services Design, Cost Estimates.
Tendering which involves Technical Drawings and Specifications, Tender Documentation, Tender Action.
Contract Administration which involves Contract Formalization, Site Monitoring & Quality Control, Payment Processing, Completion Inspection, Site Handover, Defects Rectification Period, Final Accounts.
Closure which involves Final Contractors Payment, Project Evaluation, Client Feedback.

After getting to know what the client needs are and agreeing that we are best suited to carry out the project,the client is required to sign a contract binding him/her and Elle Interior Designers.
The client then pays a fee of Ksh. 3,500 which is utilized to open a client file in which the project information will be stored during the entire process.
The project manager fills in a client information form with the help of the client. This ensures that all the relevant information is picked and that the end results reflect the client’s interest and not the interior designers.
The first site visit is then done and all the relevant information picked, from measurements to photographs and drafts.
We embark on preparing a proposal that is availed to the client after a maximum of two weeks using the information collected via the client information form and our interior designers’ ideas.
Upon approval of the proposal by the client, we begin the project. Clients are updated on their projects on a daily basis.
30 days after completion of a project, a site visit is carried out to ensure that the necessary repairs are done and any changes made.
