Our Project Strategy

Our strategy is very transparent, simple and very cost effective.

It is as follows:

• Upon acceptance of our clients’ proposal to work with us, we get to know them through extensive research and one on one meetings.
• After gathering sufficient information from our clients, we are in a better position to determine exactly what they expect from us.
• We prepare a proposal detailing the work that we will do. This includes the interior design and decoration work that will be done in each area.
• We present this proposal to our clients after approximately two weeks of planning and strategizing (the time period here can vary). The proposal will include detailed pictures of the interior design and decoration work and the cost of carrying out this work.
• During and after this presentation, our clients can add any suggestions and then approve the proposal.
• After the proposal has been approved, Elle Interior Designers start on their interior design and decoration work systematically as stated in the proposal.
• After work is done, we present it to or clients. We are then in a position to rectify any mistakes on work done or any changes to be done.
• We follow up on work done 90 days later to gauge customer satisfaction.
